Can I make changes to my itinerary?
Yes! We stay in “The Edit” phase for as long as it takes to customize your trip to your liking. We will work together to continuously make changes to your trip until it is just right. There will be a point in which changes can no longer be made to particular elements of your trip at no cost, but we will discuss those timelines in advance to have a completely final itinerary well in advance.
What if I need to cancel my trip?
Cancellation costs vary based on each supplier’s requirements. For this reason, trip insurance is highly recommended to cover last-minute changes or cancellations.
How far in advance should I start planning with you?
This depends on the type of trip you’d like to take, but the planning process generally takes place between 3-18 months before the time of travel.
How will we communicate during the planning process?
I am available by phone, email and text message. I will respond to all correspondence within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
How long will it take to receive my initial itinerary?
I will deliver an initial itinerary and quote within 48 hours for trip lengths of 1-14 days.
What budgets does Breezy Travel Club accommodate?
There is no minimum or maximum budget to book with Breezy Travel Club. However, it is important to calculate per day fees into your budget.
